Set the line color of the current radial plane.

This applies to the current active RadialPlane.

Arguments

real(kind=real32),	intent(in)			::	r	Red color component [0-1].
real(kind=real32),	intent(in)			::	g	Green color component [0-1].
real(kind=real32),	intent(in)			::	b	Blue color component [0-1].
