module procedure rkev87_dense_extra_stages module subroutine rkev87_dense_extra_stages(me)

The additional function evaluations for the dense output of rkev87. These are stored in me%funcs(:,14:21). Stage 14 is f at the end of the step, which is cached for the first stage of the next step (see set_fsal_cache).
